Insurance
Liability insurance is mandatory, including an endorsement for liquor liability if you will be serving alcohol, it must be received 10 days prior to your event. You must include Fusion Investments, inc & Fusion Rose Events as additional insured. No insurance, no event.
Security
Yes you have to have security guards. No you cannot provide your own. This is to protect everyone’s full legal interests. Security guard charges are hourly and will be in addition to your base contract. If police must be called to intervene, your event may be shut down and you will not be refunded. Note that there are cameras inside and out and we reserve the right to use them to enforce your contract and will be used as evidence in a court of law, if necessary.
Alcohol
You MUST obtain a license from ABC if you are selling alcohol. You or your hired, insured bartender must provide it to us within 10 days prior to your event. Event Authorization | Alcoholic Beverage Control (ca.gov)
Common Questions
Can I see inside? Yes, by appointment only. Please use our contact us form.
How many hours do I get the venue for? Ten hours
Can I use thumbtacks/push pins/screws/nails? NO
Can I use pins in the drapes? NO
Can we cook inside? NO - we have a serving area only. Caterers need to bring their food in ready to serve.
Can we cook outside? Yes, if you are self contained & in the parking lot away from the building (ie: food truck)
Do you provide WiFi? Yes we do.
Do you provide tables and chairs? Yes, we have round 72” tables, rectangle 30” x 72” folding tables and 4-1/2’ high cocktail tables, we have banquet chairs only (silver/navy blue), any other furniture you would need to rent from another vendor.
Do you provide table cloths? Yes, either black or white. We do not discount for not using our inventory.
Do you have chair covers? You will need to talk to another vendor for those.
Can I have the remote controls for the lights during the event? NO, if you want RGB lighting, we will go over that and finalize your color before your event starts.
What about candles? Flame candles must be either floating in water or a candle that will be blown out during a candle ceremony. Candles meant for table decorations must be battery operated.
